We have a great opportunity for an experienced full-time House Manager, for our high-health-needs home.

You'll lead by example, guiding and supporting staff to deliver and embrace Hawksbury's values which enable residents to live their life their way. Your willingness to work alongside your team being hands-on with personal care and household tasks is essential, as is your skills and knowledge in enriching our resident's holistic health and wellbeing. To complement these skills, you will have a background in nursing or other relevant healthcare professions with experience in a leadership role.

As the House Manager, you will also be responsible for managing staff, rosters, finances and developing new ways to promote independence and choice. Liaising with family/whanau and external providers to maximise independence while ensuring you meet the needs of each resident is also an important aspect of this role.

Your hours will be:

  • Week 1: Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 11pm (Sunday/Mondays off)
  • Week 2: Tuesday - Saturday 7am - 3pm (Sunday/Mondays off)

The salary band for this role is between $60k - $70k depending on experience.
