We've got a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Christchurch based office.

No two days will be the same in this varied role, you will look after finances, reception, reports for the Ministry of Health, as well as admin support to the Board and Management Team. You must have experience with invoicing, accounts management, agenda preparation and minute taking.
Ideally, we're looking for someone with three years of office experience. You'll thrive in our fast-paced environment where no day is the same. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail, with your ability to improve existing processes or systems, will really make this role your own. If you're a quick learner, who values integrity and confidentiality, with strong communication skills and high attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.
We use Microsoft Office Suite so experience of this, as well as general knowledge of computers, is required.
